The most recent go at David Ellis. Mostly third graders. They are a great bunch. Jillian and I are having a riot working with them; they're all enthusiastic, polite, and creative.

We were initially working on portraits and then we jumped into painting. They came up with some amazing work, and they seemed to really love doing portraits.

The project with the tykes is a mask making project lead by Jillian and Alyssa the second one was a project led by Steve Coy and myself. the instructions were from www.learningtoloveyoumore.com (GREAT RESOURCE if your interested)

Welcome Outreachers!!

Hey Outreachers!

Enjoyed meeting with everyone today. Since this blog was partly my idea, I felt like I should be one the first posts on here. I am relatively new to teaching and feel like I am getting a good response. However, I still feel like I have a lot to learn. Please feel free to reach out with new ideas for my classes. I am hoping this blog can be a place where we can exchange information.

Check out this WebCam picture from my kindergarteners at David Ellis.
